Pricing structure changed

The pricing structure for CurveExpert Professional has changed. There are no longer separate licenses for Windows, Linux, and OSX. The only license available for purchase is the multiplatform license, which works on all. The price for the new multiplatform license is the same as that for the individual licenses.
